What do we look for?
Our ideal team member would have a qualification in hard metal craft from a respected institution such as the Lead Sheet Association and experience in the roofing industry. This isn’t essential though as we quite often take on apprentices and help them learn the trade. It’s more important to us that candidates have a high attention to detail, a passion for delivering quality workmanship and an eagerness to learn. The role also requires travel away from home from time to time.
